With many years of management and customer service experience, Skevi specialises in HR, looking after customer contracts, and managing the group cash flow. She promotes ways to maximise efficiency and productivity through processes & procedures ensuring the smooth operation of the company.
Chris has a wealth of experience in the unified communications market. His role involves building strong and lasting relationships with clients and liaising with partners and suppliers daily. Chris assists with our in-house Marketing Partner and oversees the smooth running of our business operations.

Voice & Data Specialist
As part of our sales team, Graham helps businesses increase their efficiency, enhance and improve customer service, and reduce costs through technology.
Lauren coordinates the running of the technical department, including implementing and reviewing processes. She manages numerous telecoms, infrastructure and connectivity projects with multiple stakeholders and ensures customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything.
Service & Support Administrator
Part of our Technical Support Team, Support Engineer Jordan is responsible for actioning support calls, solving customer queries and generally keeping our clients happy.
A member of our technical team, Craig specialises in installations, technical support and fault resolutions in the field. Starting in a support role, Craig now assists our customers in the field.
Provisioning & Mobile Co-Ordinator
Our Provisioning & Mobile Co-Ordinator, Tracey ensures that the customer process runs smoothly, from order provisioning, to dealing with our network and Cloud platforms.
Andy is a member of our technical team with over 40 years of engineering experience in the telecoms industry. An expert in cloud, on-premise and broadband, Andy spent 15 years serving in the British Army.
Steve is a member of our engineering team with 26 years of experience in the telecoms and security industry. Steve specialises in cable installations and is one of our longest serving team members!
Michele is responsible for our financial reporting here at Netcomms. She manages all of the company’s transactions, from the accounts to the payroll.
Sales Support & Customer Billing
Our sales support specialist, Karen offers valuable sales and administrative support to the Netcomms team. Karen also helps our customers to access more competitive tariffs and supports them with their billing needs.
Office Administrator / Customer Accounts
Part of our Credit Control & Accounts department, Cheryl handles customer account queries, contract invoicing and is a fully qualified IDTA Dance Teacher.
Customer Service Manager
Angela’s Customer Services role sees her handling many of our important customer billing processes. Angela has vast customer experience and has also held roles as a Project Manager and Service Team Leader here at Netcomms.
A member of our admin team, Kate joins the Netcomms team with 7+ years experience in a variety of admin roles. In her spare time Kate loves to travel and is fluent in 3 languages!
Tecta Managing Director
Tommy is Managing Director at Tecta, where he handles day-to-day operations, managing staff, and works alongside clients existing and new. Tommy has years of experience in both security, communications, international diplomacy and loves a good barbecue.
Tecta Managing Director
Charl is Managing Director at Tecta, where he develops company strategy and develops positive working relationships with clients. With 10 years of security systems experience, Charl loves golf, time with family and a good braai.
Service & Support
Sarah’s service and support role sees her liaising with customers regarding new orders, quotes and queries, operating our CRM system and scheduling site visits. Sarah has over 10 years of administrative experience and over 3 in the security industry.
Martin joined in 2002, taking responsibility for company technical strategy, whilst managing the helpdesk and business growth. Now acting as an IT Manager, he oversees client solutions while providing project management and service delivery. Martin has a passion for travel, Liverpool FC and a good BBQ.
2nd Line Engineer
Billy, as an Engineer, provides software support to customers. He tracks and reports faults through our ticketing system, diagnoses reported issues and guides customers towards a resolution.
IT & Technical Support
Zack’s technical support role involves creating bespoke hardware for our customers, managing the Netcomms website and providing engineering support. Zack has experience in both the telecoms and security industry.
Project Estimator & Sales Coordinator
Christian works alongside our existing and potential clients to create system quotations that fit their individual needs. Before joining the Tecta team, Christian worked as a barber for 7 years.
Anthony is a Technical Engineer who’s keen to get the job done, using his varied skills whether onsite or assisting from the office. Outside of work he enjoys anything sport related particularly football and keeping fit.
IT Support Engineer
George brings over 6 years of experience in the IT & Telecoms sector to the team, helping customers to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues they face. George loves watching cricket and following Tottenham Hotspur.
