The Network Communications Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Greenwich-based Wavehill IT. Wavehill IT adds valuable cyber security and IT services expertise to the Network Communications Group’s suite .
On the acquisition Graham Powling, Netcomms CEO, had this to say:

Following the acquisition, Wavehill IT will still operate under its own name, and Wavehill’s customers will continue to receive the same great service. The acquisition will complement the product offerings for the clients of both companies, creating more opportunities for service consolidation.
David Barker, Wavehill’s Managing Director who founded the company in 2001, welcomes the news:
